The Azerbaijan Tourism Board is participating in the "Ahlan Arabia" event series, organized by Dnata, from June 11-14 to showcase Azerbaijan’s tourism opportunities in the Middle East.

The promotional events are being held in Kuwait City (Kuwait), Doha (Qatar), and Dubai (United Arab Emirates), featuring B2B and B2C meetings aimed at fostering and expanding bilateral partnerships.

During these engagements, local tourism companies are being introduced to Azerbaijan’s diverse tourism offerings, including attractions in Baku and the country’s other regions, with a special focus on summer and winter tourism experiences. Additionally, participants are being informed about health tourism facilities, therapeutic resorts, eco-tourism, and gastronomy-related tourism experiences available in Azerbaijan.

Notably, in the first five months of 2024, 81,075 visitors from Middle Eastern countries traveled to Azerbaijan, reflecting a 39% increase compared to the previous year.
